Hi, my name is Owen Golden Jr. Thank you for your interest in my practice. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience. My practice brings a blend of experience, compassion and respect to my dedication of helping individuals, couples and families.

I received my Master of Social work Degree from Arizona State University and have worked in my current practice for over 40 years.

I have extensive experience in treating a wide range of mental health and emotional challenges including:

Anxiety and panic Disorders

Depression and mood Disorders

Grief and loss
Trauma and PTSD

Life transitions and adjustment issues

Relationship and family conflicts

Self-esteem and identity concerns

Chronic illness and caregiver support.

Away from work I enjoy time with family and friends, travel and playing pickleball.

I am currently accepting new patients aged 12 and older. New patients can register online here or call our office at 602-997-6635. Please note the initial appointment must be in person. Telehealth services are available after the first session.

Private pay patients are welcome. Fees: $125. initial, $95. followups.
